OBLIVION xbox 360 help

Hey guys, so I'm playing oblivion on 360 and apparantly my attributes are "damaged". I found this out because I looked at my attributes and they were less then they should have been, plus they were red.

Sooo my question is how do you "fix" or "undamage" these kind of things?

I was gonna search but this is kinda specific so I just figured I'd ask here

Try some cure disease potions or visit a temple... any chance you were fighting vampires recently?

I tried potions but I don't think they did anything. Where can I find a temple?

Any temple/church in the cities. They have a basin or whatever in the middle, just go up to that and it'll heal you.

Ok I'm in Cheydinhal and I can't find a basin or anything in the middle.. man

Got to a church/temple - go to the middle fountain inside and activate it.
