Oblivion Screenshots Aren't Working

I know there was a post asking people to post their screenshots and I read through the entire thing and did what I read, but I can't seem to be able to take a screenshot still.

From what I gather all you need to do is edit the Oblivion_default.ini:

Change: The 0 to 1

bAllowScreenShot=1

Then I read somewhere that AA, won't work with the screenshots either and one last thing, I read to change, SScreenShotBaseName=ScreenShot, but change it to what?

Anyhow I have tired many things and nothing working, I'd really love someone to give a heads up on this.

THANKS

P.S. Hmm maybe I should just use fraps, is it good to have as a gamer?

You're probably not setting it in the working ini file.

There is underneath the game directory, which is NOT the one you want to use. They create a new one under your Windows profile, and that is the one you need to change.

You should only need to change bAllowScreenShot

basename just tells the program what to name the files. If your basename is "foo", then you end up with foo_01.bmp, foo_02.bmp, etc.

I take screenshots via ATi Tray Tools hotkey... RivaTuner might have a feature like that too, I don't know.

Anyway, the reason your in-game screenshot don't work is that you have AA turned on.
