3 Ghz Intel Pentium 4 or equivalent processor
will i be able to run at max with Intel® Core? 2 Duo E6400 2.13GHz 2MB Cache 1066MHz FSB
and also
It doesnt have 7900 series in supported video cards, will i be able to play with a 7900GT or 7950GTX2?

what resolution?

and the proc you mention is faster than a 3ghz P4

although x1900xt has an 'edge' over nVidia's single GPU solutions, 7900GT or 7950GTX2 are supported with 7950gtx2 being much faster than a single GT.

I have an Athlon64 3200+ (sckt 939) and a 7900GTX.
The only detail I have to turn down is the grass, and I dont like the grass anyway so thats not a big deal.
Everything else is maxed and I get excellent framerates. A higher-end CPU is nice if you have to fight a large group of monsters (which can happen in the Oblivion Gates) or if you commit a crime in town and have a lot of civilians and guards running around all over the place.

It doesn't state the 7900 but it supports my 7900gt just fine. I think the boxes were printed before the 7900 was officially released.
