Oblivion crashing to windows, help!

Hi guys.

I bought Oblivion yesterday and I keep on getting random error messages from windows saying that oblivion.exe had to be stopped and then it quits to windows.

My specs:

A64 3700+ SD @ 2.70GHz
ASUS A8N32-SLI Deluxe
2x1GB Corsair XMS4400 Pro TwinX @ 270MHz 3:4:4:8 1T (1:1)
2x512MB MSI 7900 GTO SLI @ 650/1600
Soundblaster Audigy 2 Platinum
Seagate Barracuda 160Gb SATA2
XClio Greatpower 650W (Quad SLI Certified)

I initially had my GTOs overclocked to 800mhz mem. Reverted back to stock and problem still persists! Help much appreciated.
