Oblivion and new may ati drivers

If I get the newest ati drivers, do I have to reinstall the old chuck patch? If you install the chuch patch on the 6.4 drivers, the driver date is set back until early in the year. Do the new may drivers have the patch included? If not, do I reinstall and select yes for all the overwrites?
