Don't worry. They placed ejection seats in the cockpit for the pilots in case of a emergency or it going down.

Why do they call them planes anyway? Before aero planes the only planes were math planes and flat surfaces. Upon hearing the name, someone who didn't know what an air plane was would probably assume it is a stationary flat surface suspended in the air. A more accurate name would clearly convey what the plane does.

a flat surface that provides lift for an aircraft or hydroplane, e.g. a wing or a hydrofoil???

Looks about right to me. Aircraft carriers are pretty big. Of course, an atot house is probably like <9000 square feet so that house looks too small but as a normal size house it looks like the proportions are ok.

Well they managed to fit Steven Seagulls ego on one so they must be huge
