I recall a thread about woodworking tools, not sure if it goes back farther.

Yep, that's pretty much as deep as it gets.

I got pissed cuz he started spouting off about my ex, claiming I was to blame for our marital problems, which is a little odd, since he has never met either of us...

I took offense, & it just never seems to stop.

In a different thread, he started spouting off about how I shouldn't buy tools & that they're going to waste by my owning them, & I shot back with my other hobby, collecting guns, indicating that I had other issues (I was making fun of myself), & he percieved that I was attempting to threaten him (we live >1K miles apart) & went off.

I just think the guy is a narcissistic tool, and am tired of his crap, he's earned the title as "brother of luvly".

I really don't think that guy ever left 8th grade mentally. Oh, I better be careful, he will threaten me by saying he knows plenty of cops in my hometown, or his family will come beat mine up, or he will sleep with my girlfriend, or some other inane crap like that.

How do you like the 3.5 lb triggers on your glocks? I have a stock glock 17, and I find the trigger too heavy, throwing off my accuracy. I've read that you are not supposed to go to the lighter trigger for a personal defense gun. What are your thoughts on this. Is the gun apt to accidental firings? Did you do the mod yourself or did you pay to have it done.

Thanks.

I watched a Glock Armorer do one & did the 2nd myself, I don't have any real concerns with the modded trigger pull, the factory settings are pretty stiff. Glock fanbois will argue either way, I really prefer the lighter trigger pull.

That being said, I use the Taurus for CC duty (when I actually use my CC permit) & it's trigger pull is not modified. I really prefer a small frame hammerless double action revolver for CC duty.

The big problem with getting a lighter than stock trigger put in a carry pistol is if the shooting is in any way questionable, or if the DA wants to get his name in the papers prior to election, you are going to have to answer questions as to why you carried around a pistol with a "hair trigger".

Personally, I wouldn't recommend modding guns myself. You should leave that to a professional gunsmith especially if you keep the gun for personal defense. If you ever have to use it you could be in for some serious legal trouble if the lawyer representing the family of the guy you defend yourself against finds out that you modified the gun.

I have two modified guns. Both done by professional gunsmiths. One is my Colt Officer's model and the other is the Winchester rifle. I had a trigger job done on both guns. King's Gun Works did the Colt and Duncan's Gun Works in San Marcos, CA did the hunting rifle. The result both times was a much better trigger than stock (especially on the rifle).

Generally, I agree with that, but the Glocks only go together one way & it's pretty straightforward.
More complicated stuff I have a gunsmith do for me.

I hadn't thought of it that way, thanks for the input.

I have a smith & wesson model 41 i use for target shooting and the trigger on that is so far superior to my glock or just about any other pistol I have shot. Was just looking for a way to make my glock more accurate.

Prob the quickest/cheapest way to make your 17 more accurate is an aftermarket barrel like one of these ported Federals:

Federal Ported barrels Here's a few more barrels available from Lone Wolf, no FFL needed for barrels: Lone Wolf

I was wondering if someone was going to pick up on that. It's a Bushnell Scope, works, but it's nothing fancy.

Did you do her in the house you took a deed out on 02/20/2001, the one about 1700 sq feet? Does Deborah know maybe she worked the video camera perhaps?

You can keep on escalating the junk if you'd like or just drop it, if you ask me it's getting stupid.

The idea wasn't to devulge BS crap...the idiot took down all his website stuff thinking how could I find out who he was.

If I was going to 'hack' something I would not be talking about it.

As far as hacking and all the crap that goes with it no one would believe it anyway.

What have you done by the way...you are like ATOT's bitter old man..trying to own geekbabe for less than 18% BF...you still haven't posted your's fat boy.
