I got something like this when trying to post in GH the last night. The A couple times I got errors and nothing was posted, then the thread showed in GH but clicking on it would bring up this error, so I tried posting one more time and it finally work.

Until this is reproducable there is nothing i can do... I'll dig though on any examples I find.
