Pretty obvious, yet mindless sheeple re-elected him.

A new poll shows Americans think President Barack Obama is the worst commander in chief since World War II.

Unlike Ronald Reagan, who respondents determined to be the best president since World War II, Obama led the pack of the most disliked presidents. Of the 12 men who have taken over the Oval Office since 1945, 33 percent of voters surveyed said Obama is the worst.

The Quinnipiac University poll surveyed 1,446 registered voters nationwide from June 24-30. The margin of error was +/-2.6.

“Over the span of 69 years of American history and 12 presidencies, President Barack Obama finds himself with President George W. Bush at the bottom of the popularity barrel,” Tim Malloy, assistant director of the poll, said in a release.

The "new poll" is over 2 years old.

Americans couldn't seem to determine which disfavored leader was the lesser of two evils. Thirty-nine percent of the poll’s voters said Obama is a better president than George W. Bush, while 40 percent said he is worse.
ouch

that's a kick in the ballsack.

Your "new poll" is two years old, dude.

I would say I can't imagine how anyone ever thought Obama is worse than Nixon, but given that we're about to elect Nixon-squared-with-tits I suppose that's not a valid point.

And in a decade or so, they will look back upon on Obama as the good years. Welcome Hillary or Trump!

Americans will continue to claim the outgoing president is the worst in memory as our 'nation' continues to decline.

I think our decline is inevitable regardless of leadership. All this finger-pointing doesn't really help except to increase domestic polarization.

Plenty of idiots vote in polls.

Lets have Presidents which lay a precedence of shrinking the middle class and giving more money to the rich.. aka Reagan.

Perfect logic by idiots or rich people.

There's polls and there's real life. Obama has influenced real life of many Americans for the better. That's why his polls are at over 50% approval rating now.

And I don't like the TPP but I still think he's the best Potus of my lifetime.

I'm probably biased because I'm liberal. But I think I have a far higher opinion of Obama at this point in his presidency than I did for Bush. But that should be taken not so much as a kudo to Obama as much as a damning knocking to Bush.

If you look at the growing cynicism of American political culture, it's reasonable to assume that any such poll suffers a bias against the present effect. Current leaders will always be viewed at or near worst. Will be interesting to see the poll run during the subsequent presidency.

Yeah, pretty sad that BY DEFAULT, we are guaranteed set to elect the ABSOLUTE worst president of all time. Ah well. Better luck in 2020?
