Obama Victory Plate... *facepalm*

whoo whoo whoo, ha ha ha ha!! **Shredding and Throwing Time and NewsWeek Magazines everywhere**

Most of you made fun of Bush for looking like a monkey, now it's my turn

Who buys this crap? And those stupid fake coins?

I ordered one...

So you actually have that much faith in the guy? Don't get me wrong I don't mind him, and if he turns out to be the next FDR I might even buy one of those plates on eBay, but he's untested. Likewise I don't understand the mass celebrations that occurred on election day; and I mean mass.

Do you dance in the street every time a potential cure for AIDS does well in rats? No, you wait for large-scale human trials.

You're should improve your search skills young jedi...

I only knew about it because I'd seen the other post...and knew what to look for. 😀

I too, am sick of people looking to Obama as the "messiah," he is just another president, another head of state, and another commander in chief. He may promise change, but he alone can not cause that change, he has to rely on those in congress to pass his ideas in law.

I remember Bush had the same thing when he got elected. I guess it's okay when he does it, though.

Edit: Also, 99% chance that Obama didn't even get a choice on this anyway, and neither did Bush 😛

The theme song for his inauguration should be "Cult of Personality"

Seriously, there is a disturbing amount of worship and idolatry among his followers. Haven't seen anything like this since Kennedy, and even that wasn't this disturbing. More like Jim Jones. The strange chanting of "Yes we can" like some sort of religious cult chant at his acceptance speach was creepy as hell. Seriously, I would bet money if he had started handing out Kool-Aid, the people mindlessly chanting would have drank it.

I laughed so hard when I saw that commercial whilst waiting for my pizza order to be ready. All the people in the joint were laughing.

I always thought those dead president plates were stupid, but this takes the cake.

[Conspiracy theorist]

It's a subtle indication that the power that be will keep Obama on a short leash, so his presidency would be as fragile as a porcelain plate.

Heresy! How dare you use the name of the great one in vain. Get back in line, worship and drink the kool-aid like everyone else.

I've never seen the amount of items for sale with a President-elect's picture on them before Obama. They're selling commemorative coins with his head on already.

GoogleFight says he is the messiah.
