i was almost willing to give the guy a pass on this using the 'rich guy carelessness' cover, but since they have divulged that he is worth less than i am it seems pretty obvious that the $10k/yr was a big chunk of cash to him and he did the dirty on purpose...

i think that his being in the middle of things in ny during all this crap is really more damaging to his credentials to be a fixer of it...
