Obama to give speech to HRC tonight

supposedly his speech is going to be centered around ending DA/DT, but what's the actual likelihood of him pushing congress to do something about it (ie: taking an action) versus giving a speech and walking away?

he's got a lot on his plate, but in the words of jon stewart... it's chow time.
