Obama the War Criminal?

So Obama has the white house and congress, he has the absolute power to shut down Iraq and Afghanistan in a instant. but he hasn't in fact he has escalated the war in Afghanistan and has even order the bombing of villages inside Pakistan many many times. So why arent you Obama lovers calling for his head? after all Pakistan is a soverign nation and we invaded their air space to drop bombs.
