Obama Proposes 2 Years of Free Community College

Maybe you already saw this, but...
I'm sociologist and to finish my little, let's call it "research" i need to collect some opinions.
What do you think? Is this just another futile attempt to reform our educational system(let's be honest - it's nit perfect)or maybe it will be really useful?
