I'd really like to hear an answer to my question.

Why did Obama beat Clinton? What has Obama offered that Clinton did not?
Himself.

It seems like idiotic replied like that are all too often used when discussing anything substantive that Obama brings to the table besides (what seems to be false) hope.

Give it time. They have been programmed.

Telling some of these guys that Obama is just another politician is like telling a 4 year old there is no Santa.

Not so, you vote for the person who shows himself as the person whom you think has the intellect, the temperament and the wisdom that's needed to run the country. I know you guys didn't take that into account when you voted the last two times for a President and look what it got us thus making your opinion extremely suspect.

Face it boys, your bullshit isn't playing well with the American Public.

Nice to know that you A) Have no clue who I voted for in ANY of the previous elections, and B) You can't acknowledge that your candidates campaign claims of Hope and Change are what won the election, much more so than the candidate himself.

Don't you think if people wanted a White House full of Clinton cronies they would have voted Hillary in?

oh fuck you. change = getting rid of bush, using sound judgement, and cleaning up the mess bush made and having qualified people in his staff

that's a HUGE change from the bush administration. so, yeah, more change.

"oh no! former clinton staffers!"... and why is that so bad?

Change doesn't mean throwing away perfectly good jeans to put on corduroy.

Stop bashing how he puts his administration together just because he selects those who know what they're doing. :p

Again, I'm not complaining - just pointing out that BHO is not upholding his promise(not that I figured he would) to "change" things from the politics as usual with these picks. This has ZERO to do with Bush and has ZERO to do with Bush's appointments. This is about BHO and his promises...which his followers seem to not care about anymore... go figure.
Well it was the change I and the majority who voted for him were looking for and that's all that matters.

So if Obama is worse than Bush you will still be happy because its the change you voted for?
No, I will be greatly disappointed if he's as bad or worse.

Thats the problem I was having. Is he going to be an American or a World leader.

Because what we need in the White house right now is an American. If this NWO stuff comes up . It make me sick. IF anyone should suffer its the central banks of the world who conspired to create this problem threw liquidity.
