Voter fraud only alleged in only one Indiana County and in the amount of UP to 150 signatures. In short, Hillary and Obama had more than enough votes to qualify to be both be on the 2008 democratic primary ballot.

Which has nothing to do with nothing in terms of being on the Indiana 11/2008 general election. Because Obama need not have even been on the democratic primary ballot, as soon as Obama got the democratic national Convention nomination, he would qualify to be on the 2008 general election ballot in all 50 states.
