Disgusting that right wing nuts are siding with Israel against the US.
I bet you think those USS Liberty sailors had it coming.

the US was founded on the principle that citizens should be able to criticize their rulers whenever and however they want.

Well the UN is expected to vote a Palestinian state into existence in the fall. Half of Jerusalem will be included and this will make Israel an illegal occupier as far as the nutjobs at the UN go.

Maybe Obama adviser Samantha Power would like to send in a large force like she has said in the past. There are already Euro nations calling for UN intervention (like Libya) in Israel if it blocks the way.

And the UN will continue to become less and less relevant, if that happens. Israel is not going to recognize a Palistinian state because the UN starts throwing its poop (most of its members) at it.

How are ring wing "nuts" siding with israel against the US?

this is a siding with Israel or Palestinians issue.

If I were israel, I would vehemently oppose any plan to reduce its country to 9 miles wide.

last time israel was that small, it was attacked violently, and today, from the border Obama wants, shoulder fired rockets can hit and destroy commercial passenger airplanes at the tel aviv airport.

Well one thing for sure, Obama saying things he did need to say is going to ignite an international shit storm.

And now Obama is going to catch hell from everyone at the possible expense of losing the USA all of our allies.

If the majority of the world votes for a Palestinian State in the UN around 9/2011, will Obama really think his lone veto in the security council can stop the process?

Talk about painting your self into a corner Obama, and all for no gain. Well now the fats in the fire, and Obama is likely to be talking to most of his foreign Ambassadors, fielding complaints about how stupid and offensive he was to almost every government on earth. As Presidents from Truman to silent Cooledge knew the wisdom of keeping their big yaps shut at the right times.

No doubt that it wont be long before the "antisemitic" label

eh, they can whine all they want; the truth of the matter is that nobody wants to actually get into a conventional war with someone who can actually fight back. Case in point, we are in libya but not any of the other places that arguably are deserving of intervention....

And they can also criticize those who side with Israel against the US.

How is it "against the US"?

Is not agreeing with a President's foreign policy change now tantamount to siding against the US?

Not to mention the fact that he has a visceral hatred for Jewish people. ill give him credit though, at least he's honest about it. Unlike other so called "progressive" Jew haters.

In the bigger scheme of things Obama's position change will do little. Isreal will do what it wants.

I wonder if he'll lose any Jewish voters over this?

Apparently. We'll now have to bring back all the Iraq threads and call out the liberals who are "against the US".

Doubtful. But as big of a fuck up as this is he'll come out and rephrase or "clarify what he meant". He basically came right out and said he sides with the terrorists who wish to annihilate Israel. He even used the palestian propoganda of "permanent occupation".

I can't believe he actually said this is the US position. It boggles the mind. Either he's just that stupid, or his words and actions are willful and carefully chosen to incite and condone Israel's enemies positions and actions. He removed no doubt on his position - it's the latter. Disgusting.

Interesting the timing of throwing Israel under the bus just as nut-n-yahoo is on his way in. I'd love to be a fly on the wall during that meeting when this bafooon gets chewed out by our greatest ally.

The giant implied myth in this whole Israeli Palestinian issue, is that it will be forever possible to kick the dispute issues can down the road.

IMHO, and for no gain, Obama has done little to solve a damn thing regarding Israeli Palestinian issues. And when the new year 2013 dawns, Obama may or may not be US president, as for Israel, either way, come 2013, Israel will be in even worse shape than they are now.

Leaving Israel in the position that if they demands the moon and sky, they may end up with nothing instead.

Right now the GOP regards Israel as a political club, as they can accuse Obama as throwing Israel under the bus for political gain, but the fact is and remains, Israel is now a US political liability, and if the GOP ever regains POTUS, they too will throw Israel under the Bus.

Political rhetoric and political reality have an annoying habit of being quite different.

But how damn absurd, that the entire world will compromise all their fairness principles for the benefit of only 6 million delusional people who somehow demand too much while totally raping all the Human rights of others.

What you and other delusional Palestinian supporters fail to understand is just how important a role the nation of Israel (not the wannabee nation of the people who call themselves Palestinian)is to the US concerning middle east affairs.
Even Obama before he lowered the boom on Israel admitted how important israel was to the United States. So get over it....

This is why I wish the Federal government would stay the fuck out of this, because now Israel is going to kill Americans. This meddling in the middle east has destroyed our security, the worst is yet to come, and violated Thomas Jefferson's Founding Principles. It's a massive violation of property rights/self-ownership.

Why can't the U.S. just mind its own damn business? Would hurt us that badly if we let the violence erupt in the Middle East?

I guess the world will end on May 21. Too bad I was a Deist.

You are patently full of sh8! No further comment required.

One ally in the ME and he repeatedly throws them under the bus. Ignorance or a plan?

Look at this president's words, deeds, actions and who he sides with. Every single time...

Does he side with liberty or hand fisted action?
Does he side with America or it's enemies?
Does he side with it's allies, or it's enemies?

Fuck Barrack Hussein Obama. May the great fuck be upon him.

He has basically said US policy is the death of Israel. FBHO.

As said before, this isn't a right/left debate. This is israel vs. palestine/arab nations. Our president is choosing and supporting the enemy.
