Are you capable of addressing the opening post?

Just about everything to comes out obamas mouth is a lie.

Where is my healthcare that cost as much as a cell phone bill? That $599 a month I am paying is one heck of a cell phone.

Transparent government, my ass.

No vacations while he is president, my ass again.

The real question is what job are you working at earning a wage to pay that $599. a month healthcare bill and have time to post on P&N all day?

Answer to your topic: Situations change and some people do not search under White House furniture for WMD,s. Black Man's burden always cleaning up after Whitey.

“Iraq’s future will be in the hands of its people. America’s war in Iraq will be over” he remarked. And “Iraq is not a perfect place. It has many challenges ahead.

But we’re leaving behind a sovereign, stable and self-reliant Iraq, with a representative government that was elected by its people. We’re building a new partnership between our nations.”

It is sad to see the left blaming bush for all of obamas mistakes.

But then again, avoiding responsibility is part of the liberal agenda. The left is doing what it does best, spin the blame off to someone else. It is like spinning the bottle. No matter where the bottle stops it is bushs fault

Your link is from 2011. This is 2014. At that time Iraq there was every reason to believe that Iraq might make it. Personally I had my doubts based on the ethnic divide and history of the region, but one could make an argument that the progress made could be long lasting and I would not discount that out of hand. If Obama made a mistake it was projecting too much confidence, but what you quoted was correct at the time. It was sovereign, it was stable and it was self reliant. Perfectly so? No, but no one with much sense would take the those words as an absolute guarantee. If that were the case then "Iraq is not a perfect place. It has many challenges ahead" would be an utterly misleading thing to say.

Now if you want to peg me as a fan of Obama, please do so and you'll find there will be a good laugh all the way around.

Bush's fault? It was the war to begin with. When Obama came into office he faced a disaster not of his making. That responsibility rests squarely on the shoulders of the Bush administration.

Don't even get me going with that guy, I predicted that the debt would double with him being voted in when I was in my teens...

I don't believe any word any government employee has after this nonsense took place and probably will never have anything to do with the government in my life except being buried here and paying the taxes I don't believe in.

I'm not a fan of Obama but it's difficult to say what he could have done differently. The timetable for withdrawal was already set due to the Iraqis' refusal to extend our invitation without our troops being subject to Iraqi law, something that hopefully no President would do. After that it was up to the Iraqi people. We gave them a free nation; they have squandered it and now the Sunnis are getting back in power, perhaps worse than ever. Certainly worse than ever for us as Hussein was limited by his own desire to remain in power whereas these new assholes may be willing to roll the dice for Allah.

the fook are you on about? Iraq, and anything having to do with Iraq is, and forever will be, 100% the responsibility of the Bush admin. There is no way around that.

and you fucking know that; or you are just being an ignorant troll.
