Looks like a win for net neutrailty..., which is a good thing in my book.

I'm glad as hell Obama is making picks among qualified people (cronyism has yet to rear it's pathetic head in this admin) but part of me is still a little suspicious due to his years in the private sector. Having people like Gale Norton run the EPA, or any other numerous examples of 'fox watching the henhouse' from the Cheney/Bush years really made my blood boil.

I really don't know anything about this guy, but I'm glad he seems to know his stuff.
