I find it interesting what "dope" means to people. In my area, "dope" refers to heroin. Who here calls it dope and where are you from?

Medical herbage has a long way to go before any widespread government distribution, but you may see it in your lifetime. Believe it or not, the feds have had a medical program for 30 years...but not many left on the list.
