we'll find out next week. of course even if she wins by 20 no one here will think it means anything. and they'd mostly be right. theres no real chance she'll catch up in delegates or popular vote. but the more states she wins, the stronger her argument to the supers becomes, even though its pretty weak at its best.

The only issue that Obama seems to run close to Constitutional issues that I'm aware of are gun control issues and generally, that's an issue that will be interpreted by the Supreme Court over the President. Once the Supreme Court comes down with their judgment in the DC case there'll basically be very little that Obama can affect it. This is, of course, assuming that Obama doesn't understand moderation in his stances. He's already been over this issue with gun control and his understanding that it's not likely something he'll even bother with because the opinions on it are so split. All in all, I just don't see how Lebowski can even pretend as if Obama is going to do any trampling.
