As a first generation of LEGAL immigrant, I have to tell her and other ILLEGALS, you HAVE to follow the law but I guess it is not cool to do so.

I also love these:

She refused to discuss how she affords to live now or who is paying for her attorney

and

"I loved President Bush," Onyango said while moving toward a framed photo of Bush and his wife standing with Barack and Michelle Obama at the White House on inauguration day. "He is my No. 1 man in my life because he helped me when I really needed that help."

at least there is someone who is not blaming their OWN problems on the former president.

I'm not an expert on immigration but I do know a little about it. How can someone who was given a deportation order 4 years ago and didn't follow it get their case reopened? Isn't there normally a 10 year ban on an overstay?

Its my understanding that she has to base her case on some threat to her life if deported
back to Kenya. And by the links supplied, she does indeed cite Kenyan tribal violence.

And by those same links, 404 link to President Obama intervening in anyway not founds.

But by modern talk radio logic standards, Any suspicion must be true.

My favorite is
the president's aunt has been living on public assistance and has no known funding source of her own

Apparently she will be a great contributor to our society.

Asylum request rejected in 2004 and ordered to be deported. Obama becomes president, judge reopens case and in 2010 grants asylum. What changed between 2004 and 2010? All this while living off a society she never contributed to.

I can't believe these conservative capitalist assholes. I mean they make all this money and when a family member is in need... they let them rot in public housing or won't even send a half-brother $100/month. Imagine what $100/month would do for someone in Kenya. That is why I vote for democrats.... they tend to share the pie.... everyone gets a piece of the great American pie.

"Wong said that Obama had not submitted written support for Onyango's asylum and the aunt said she had severed ties to the president after her troubles became public."

With reading skills like that, no wonder you're hiding your fishing poles and table salt from Obama.

ahahahahah.

And you BELIEVE that?

That Obama was smart enough not to put anything in writing? Sure.

That rpanic posted links that did nothing to prove his claim? Yep, I believe that too.

The only reason her case was reversed 6 years after she was ordered to leave was because of Obama, to think otherwise is foolish. The article is just giving the verdict on her case, Obama pulling strings is a given.

I believe it fully. Read the claim very carefully and think to yourself: if Obama were going to intervene in any way, would he do it on paper? Hell no. Furthermore there is no need for continued "ties" between the two after the issue became public. President Obama already knew what was happening, and if he was convinced to help her out even way back when he was a Senator he wouldn't suddenly change his mind because the aunt ahd the decency to save him the embarrassment of publicly continuing contact.

Now I'm not alleging that anything in particular actually happened because I don't know and frankly I don't care. However having read statements by politicians in the midst of scandals, I have learned to parse such claims VERY carefully. Look for the wiggle room. Once you see how much wiggle room there is in that claim, it's an absolutely laughable statement that could only convince the most naive idiot - which accounts for at least 95% of the public.

You're right fne, what you posted was purely based on Obama's political and social agenda. How could I have not seen that.
