When my Oakley EyeJackets broke, I stopped by a Sunglass Hut and they told me I had to mail the glasses into Oakley. Of course, the damage done to my glasses were much worse than what you have described.Originally posted by: Ranger X
I have a pair of Oakleys that I got last year on eBay. Is it possible to bring it to an Oakley store to get it fixed (for free or for a small charge)? A screw is loose and one of the nose piece is missing. Anyone have any experience with this?
Not to my knowledge. My eyejackets broke and I have to ship them in with a check for $25 to get the repair done.Originally posted by: fonzinator
Oakley has a one time repair policy (or at least they used to). If you bust your glasses, and I mean really bust em, you can send them to Oakely and they will fix them for free ONCE. Subsequent repairs will be charged. Do they still do this??
Figures. They probably stopped that one free repair because almost every single pair of eyejackets ever made broke. When I used to sell sunglasses, I'd see 3 or 4 pairs a week come in that had the arm broken right where the rubber pad met the plastic. I hope they've improved their quality since then.Originally posted by: minendo

Exactly where mine broke. However, both the left and right arms broke.Originally posted by: fonzinator
