At Footlocker, use the 30% off Friends and Family coupon. It works on Oakleys, I got a pair of X-Metals for $192 instead of $275. Great deal considering Oakley has a contract with all authorized dealers to only sell at list, and most all coupons exclude Oakleys.

Also, I got a pair of Nike Shox, and my sales guy applied the 30% here too, even though it says they are excluded on the coupon. YMMV, but it IS possible.
