OAK @ 1:15AM Weds. 9/1 ... how to get to Berkeley?

I'm booking roundtrip to NYC from Oakland Intl. Airport. The only nonstop return flight on 8/31 that I see arrives at 12:50AM on Sept. 1 (Jetblue), which would be a Thursday morning. Too late for BART, it appears. What would be my options to get to Berkeley?

I think I'll just return to SFO and take BART from there. I have my pick of daytime flights on Aug. 31.
