Can someone please help me here........
I purchased the Polariod Burnmax24 CDRW drive from Officemax in July (I believe). FOr the last 4 months, I have been corresponding with Polariod, and they keep asking me for proof that I bought the burner. I have sent them a copy of the receipt, rebate forum, serial number, upc, etc.
Well, now they are telling me that they need more proof. They want me to either send them a picture of the box, the cover of the manual that came with it, or a picture of the actual drive. I do not have the box or the manual. I could send them a picture of the drive, but it has been painted black, and has been modded a bit to match my case (meaning it doesnt look like the drive anymore).
If anyone has one of these drives, could you please take a picture of it in your computer, and send it to me? Never again will I buy Polaroid again, but I will get my $40 rebate check that is still owed to me. Thank you in advance 🙂
