O&O Defrag Question..

I'm currently using O&O Defrag to defrag all my hard drives. But I just wanted to know which setting should I use? The Stealth, Space, Access, Modified, or Name defrag method..Which one ?

I use Diskeeper 2007 Premier. Nice feature is auto defrag while system is on idle or will do defrag background while I do other stuff.

I use Diskeeper Pro 9 and have it set to defrag once a day.

its a waste of time for the most part with drives as fast as they are.

I move a lot of large files on and off my HDs. Defragging is a must.

Since no one answered the OP's question, use Stealth it does a good job. In the help files it explains what each one does.
