O/C'ing on 8KNXP w/P2.4C

I have a P4 2.4C cooled w/Zalman CNPS7000A-Cu on 8KNXP motherboard.

RAM's are 1GB PC4200 ADATA Dual Kit

CPU is a SL6WF

But for some reason, I cannot o/c over 220 FSB, what do you think is holding me back?

your motherboard. gigabyte is more leaning towards good stock performance than offering good overclockability.

that's just the first guess, there's probably other factors...
