O/Cing Kingston ValueRam?

Any of you guys running Kingston Valueram and getting it to run at CAS 2? I just can't seem to get my 256 mb of Kingston PC2100 Valueram cas 2.5 to run at cas 2. I'm doubting it can run at cas 2, hence it's valueram? I could be wrong...

My motherboard doesn't have any options to add voltage to RAM... are there any software programs out there to add voltage to RAM?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
 
I can get it to run at CAS2, but I can't run over 145MHz FSB. It has to be 2.5 when running 146MHz+. I have all the timing settings as low as they go, 4 bank interleave, 2.55 or 2.6VDC.
