O/Cing Duron 700 Vio question

Still new to the o/cing thing but I've got a duron 700 with bridges connected via 4h mech pencil method. Have done it twice. Seems to run ok at 800 but anything above it locks up. Temp is fine. nothing above 45 deg c. I have tried raising vcore to 1.8(PC health shows 1.84). Still lockups. Should I be bumping up the Vio to 3.45 from 3.3. Tests that I'm running is UT timedemo. Locks up on other games as well. The pencil thing maybe messing me up.

I used the Rear Window defogger repair kit method on mine. Figured it would hold up a lot better. Running mine at 103x9=927, very stable. On my Asus A7v the vio is set to 3.56 (default). Temp stays around 36c idle, 49c full load.
