Hi. I have P4 3.4GH Prescot 478, ZALMAN CNPS7700-CU 120mm 2 Ball Cooling CPU Fan, 2 GIG CORSAIR CL:2 2.3.3.6(CORSAIR XMS 2GB (2 x 1GB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200) , Cooler master's eXtreme Power 600W
PSU, ATI Radeon 9800PRO 128MB, Thermaltake Armor Jr. Alum case with 3 120mm and
two 90mm fans. ASUS P4P800 SE motherboard.
MOB has in BIOS Overclocking Utility in %: 10-20-30-40-50.
I did by 10% o-c to 3.74GHZ , temp idles in case 80F,but when i tried 20%-PC reboots.
Any recommendation to do more?

If you're wanting faster than 3.74 Ghz, you're gonna have to learn how to overclock the right way, by changing each setting in the BIOS manually, since 3.4 Ghz x 120%= >4 Ghz.

Sure, it's very simple, especially with any P4. Just raise your RAM timings to 3-4-4-8, then give your processor an additional .05v of vcore, to start with. After that, just start slowly raising your FSB, and running SP2004, using the Blend setting, after each raise of the FSB. If it fails SP2004, then either lower your overclock a bit, and check again, or raise your vcore. Also, if your motherboard has the ability to use a RAM divider*, set that to 133 Mhz, until you see how high your processor can go.

*RAM divider= running your RAM at a lower speed than the FSB.

It's not so easy to find all thise stuff in BIOS, especially for beginners like me.
Here's what i find out:
1.CPU FSB is already set to 881mhz.
Memory Acceleration AUTO
DRAM IDLE Timer AUTO
Refresh Rate AUTO
2. Memory-Chipset is configured like this:
DRAM CAS# LATENCY 2 clocks(2-3-5)
DRAM RAS# toCLOCK# Dealy 4 clock(2-3-4)
DRAM PRECHARGE Delay 8 clock (5-6-7-8)
DRAM Burst Lenght 4 clock(4-8)

I can't find how to adjust FSB .
Can't find how to divide RAM to 133MHZ either.

Any help?

Your FSB. And, your motherboard may very well not have the ability to run the RAM any slower than the FSB. Alot of the cheaper Skt. 478 motherboards didn't, IIRC. It hurts performance, anyway, since you have a FSB. It's really only a good option with an Athlon 64, since their memory controller is on-die.
