I'm overclocked to 5 ghz at 1.35 V, which HWmonitor/cpu-z confirm on boot, and I believe I set the power limits to 1000 watts. I don't seem to be throttling due to temperatures, yet when under load the processor goes to 4.8 ghz. I don't know what is going on here, but I imagine I missed a setting somewhere and I'm not sure what I need to do to fix it. I took screenshots of everything. Please help

LLC is set to turbo

AVX and AVX512 offset set to what? Does your stress-test program use AVX at all? Could be the reason for downclocking.
