I have a
xp2100 t.bred
antec 350 watt P/S
Soltek nForce2 Board
2 sticks of kingston 2700
ati radeon 9500 pro
coolmaster Heatsink & fan
stable O/C at 12x167=2.0gHZ this is not bad but it feels like I can get quite abit more out of it.
vcore 1.65
temp on full load about 49c
ran memtest on memory with no errors up to 8x185
so I don't think its my memory or heat yet.
useing Hot cpu tester memtest and
Hot cpu runs test ok at some higher speeds say 12x177 with vcore up to 1.70 windows 2000 boots fine and programs run ok But my games seem to be the real test.
they will freeze or reboot the system?
agp & pci are locked at 66 & 33 so there not involved
What do you think?
How can I find out if its the P/S?
Could I run it at default or known stable settings and just raise the vcore and if the games still freeze or reboot then it might be the P/S
I have motherboard monitor but how can I stress the cpu like games do and still monitor my voltages, and what kind of things should I look for?
