O/C P3 700mhz to 133mhz bus, strange error.

I got SL45Y malay week 30.
I got pc133 ram so i'm thinking i could take this baby to 133mhz bus right?
I put it on 133 and what happenes is during the boot up i get this message.
"It's safe to turn off your computer now. Press ctrl+Alt+del blar blar..."
This comes even before the windows splash screen..
Or sometimes I get to windows splash screeen but the windows never loads up... it does not lock up because I can see the blue wave thing moving at the bottom but windows does not start....

Cpu dances fine in 125~ mhz bus range but anything over 130mhz is not good.
I don't think it's cpu , I got Alpha pep66 on so probably not the heat.
I'm thinking it's something else that has problem with 133mhz bus speed.
Should I flash the bios?

Maybe not. I got a couple of generic sticks of PC133 back in July which wouldn't do 133. Took me a while to figure that one out. If you know someone who has a system running at 133, try to borrow his RAM for a test.

have you pushed up the voltage, push up to 1.85 is safe. also what case cooling do you have?? what are your temps

I'm not sure about that....
This is my second P3 700 and first one did like 138mhz bus.
maybe I just need to cook this sucker little bit . just got it today.
