O/C mobo recommendation for a P4

I am thinking about replacing my Asus P4S533 so that I can overclock my P4 2.26GHz without any problems. I didn?t plan on overclocking when I built this computer since it was my first time, but now it just doesn?t feel fast enough. The P4S533 is disappointing because it has no AGP/PCI lock, so overclocking can cause some strange problems and isn?t very stable. What would be a good overclocking mobo to replace the P4S533 in my setup? It needs to support DDR 333, have an AGP/PCI lock, adjustable DDR voltage, and support all of the other devices in my current system. Also, if I do purchase a new mobo, will I have to reinstall the OS(Windows XP)?

-Asus P4S533🙁
-Pentium IV 2.26GHz
-512MB Corsair XMS PC2700
-GeForce4 Ti4400
-SoundBlaster Audigy Gamer
-ATA/100 80GB 7200rpm HD

I think most would recommend the Asus P4PE.Maybe check the AlbatronPE boards they oc well and are normally cheaper.
When you get a new mobo you will probably need to repair(basically reinstalls all windows files and finds the new hardware but leaves your other files intact) your Winxp install.

max2 just has newer features and i believe ps/2 is bakc
