O/C ing a new CPU

I've got a CeleryII 633 arriving tomorrow. Being reasonably new to all this I would like to no if it is wise to o/c a new CPU straight out of the Box or if it pays to run it at it,s default settings for a while.

hey, duckman!

straight from the box is good. After a few weeks (when the thermal pad thins or the paste gets into whatever state it ends up in) you should be able to pull even more mhz (my 700 started only doing 750 - unstable but it handles lower vcore's and higher clocks now, I do 750 stable and 800 unstable)
