I bout a NZXT case and accidently cut a cable, I emailed the company and requested the part and told them I would pay. I have emailed them 3 times and have not heard from them. Is this normal for this company?
I've had excellent customer service from NZXT, I requested a part that I found 30 minutes later in a box of trash and went to update my ticket saying I didn't need the part anymore but they had already shipped it out with 2 day shipping completely free. Have had nothing but positive experiences with NZXT so not sure why they haven't at least responded to you yet.
That being said what cable did you cut? One of the front panel connectors? Because those are soldered onto the board usually so while fixing it isn't difficult more often than not people will probably end up damaging the case even more.
