I'm gonna be doing a new build next month and I've got everything but the case figured out.

Honestly, the Phantom looks a little better to me, but my problem is that from what I've read, the NH-D14 won't fit in the case along with a 200mm fan on the side. The THOR is a little wider, and comes with a 230mm fan built into the side panel, that doesn't protrude into the case.

What would you guys recommend? I plan to push a 3570k and GTX 680 to their maximum comfortable speed. Is the side fan that big of a deal? It seems like it would be, but I've not had a case that had one, so I don't really know. I think I'd still be happy with the THOR, but there are just a couple of things that I like a little more about the Phantom.

Thor is much better at cooling, comes with a fan controller and IMO it looks better

A vote for the Thor, Built my buddy a PC with the Rosewill Blackhawk Ultra and it's definitely not a bad case. Rosewill build quality isn't exceptional, but it's not bad in any way and the cases work very well keeping thermals in check.
