I want to upgrade to a new CPU, new motherboard, new CPU cooler, new power supply, and new case. Which one of these cases would be best for a Ryzen 3800x, GTX 1080 Ti, Corsair H100i CPU cooler, and a Seasonic modular 750 watt power supply? Will any of these cases keep my GTX 1080 TI running cooler than my current case which is a CM 690 II Advanced (with 1 front 140mm, and 1 rear 120mm fan)?

H510, hands down. It's one of the best cases for the price, good quality material and innovative features like a cable shroud. The other 2 are built with inferior materials and are more cramped, interior space wise.

I was considering these cases also, but I ended up going with the Lian Li 011 Dynamic.

Of the three you mention, they all got poor airflow reviews (I suggest looking at Gamer Nexus reviews of them). The Lian Li still has the cool glass look, but without the major cooling issues. Its not perfect, but mine thus far has been doing well. Still some tweaking I need to do. I am running a 3700X with an H100i Platinum. Although I am almost wondering if I should have gone with an H150i, which the 011 will easily handle.

However I will say that Corsair cases are not poor quality. I have own many, always been happy with them. NZXT is a fine case too, but its not like they exude quality.

Does the screw holes of this case have any alignment issues with screw holes on the the brackets of cards? I've had this issue with a couple of cheap cases in the past.

ive worked with this case before and there is no alignment issue.
I know what your talking about tho, as i remember i had issues on APIVA cases which had those allignment issues, and would almost block ports on the rear sometimes.
