7yo black kids (along w/ some teens hanging out outside their residence)
throwing pebbles at my mother as she was walking home and yelling ching chong yong yong etc
this has happen more than once and this time she got fed up and call the
cops so they came and said......well they didn't hit u, so no report to be filed and generally seem put off as if she was the nuisance

what kind of attitude is this? racism santioned by nypd?

guess they want a physical confrontation before actually working for their OT......
 
it's not racism.

it's the NYPD. they have more important things to worry about than someone throwing pebbles.
actually, to get them out there quick, say she's gonna shoot back.
