G4 reviewed the airflow mouse on some show last night. They said the airflow was pretty gimmicky. There were variable setting for it, but they just didn't understand why it was there.

I have an AirFlo Controller for my Xbox, I don't like it, but I make my friend who has extremely sweaty hands use it.

I just got one for the pc a week ago. Was working good and I took care of it, except I left the fan running accidently. After a couple hours the fan stopped and now its just a controller with no fan.

So from my experience, don't buy it.
