NYC street vendor question.

I was in NYC a couple weeks ago and a street vender was selling lucite pendants painted on the backside with reflective paint, and they were awesome.
For whatever reason I didn't buy any.
The kids would love them.
Anyone got a clue here?
I think this guy was parked on Broadway close to Bloomingdales.
