NYC people, cell phone place recommendations?

Sup guys, I'm home for break and I gotta get a cell phone. Specifically looking for the Nokai 8290 (or better model) and Voicestream plan (I need that regional plan from NYC to Pittsburgh). Anyway, do you guys have specific addresses and people for me to talk to so I can get the phone free? I've heard a couple of people tell me you can get free phones in Chinatown and Flushing...
