NYC: Need actors for a student film! **still looking**

I'll be shooting a 16mm silent film on October 4th and need a few actors. You do not have to memorize any lines and the shoot should only last a few hours. I can not offer any money but will supply volunteers with a metrocard and lunch. Of course, you'll also be given a VHS or DVD transfer of the completed short.

Good question but I'm pretty open at this point... Here's my ideal cast)

Male Lead
19-30 Years old
Lanky or Medium build
Race is not important but you need the "investment banker" look (clean cut, no tatoos, etc.)

Female Lead
19-25 Years old
Skinny, Reasonably tall
Race, again, is not important...
I'd hate to throw in a word such as "attractive" but you'd be playing someone that could possibly be a model


Pretty simple requirements. If you can't/won't act you're welcome to tag along to just experience the shoot or help out.. Me and my partner are both pretty new at this but it's should be a lot of fun.. Remember, we're using film here and not miniDV/video so this could be a unique experience...

 

I'm out unless you need a grandfather type.

Well, you don't have to know how to act or look like steve buscemi... It's a silent movie so the acting consists of overly dramatic body movements... Also, I'm looking for more of a Matt Damon/ New England WASP look (though a 400 pound Samoan guy would work if he looks good in a tie)...

I should add some specifics.....

a) The short is a 16mm black and white film

b) Length: One to Two Minutes

c) It's about a shy, introverted guy fantasizing (a g-rated fantasy, mind you) about an attractive woman he meets at a cafe

d) Safety is NOT a concern (we won't drag you down to a dark basement)- all shots will be outdoors in either SOHO or
the East Village. We may have to shoot in Washington Sq. park as well

e) Since it's an outdoor shoot we'd have to meet rather early

f) It's silent so you do not have any lines... You do not have to remember anything, you just have to be able to take directions

g) My buddy is playing the "attractive woman" but only as a last resort- she's rather have someone else act in it so I'm still looking for an actress...
