NYC dialup ISPs ?

Need to find out the best-bang-for-the-buck dialup ISP for a NYC (brooklyn) resident. The free one he's using is kicking him.

Just get him a wireless card and netstumbler. If he lives in NYC he should have no problem finding an open access point to leech off of! 🙂

Looking at the site now. Biggest factors I guess would be ease of connection (busy signals?) and drops ? Setup fee ?
