He's on the television saying "This was not a terrorist attack" but then goes on to say "This is an attack against all Americans and democracy"

He reminds me of Gray Davis.

I hate how news coverage can last hours when they have two facts (2 people shot, 12 shots fired). I mean how do they keep thinking of so many ways of repeating the same thing over and over. I bet this doesn't even have to do with the government or city at all. It could have just been two people that had a dispute and a shooting insued (sp?). Could have happened at a bowling alley or strip mall.

Everyone is making this out to be like 9/11 or something. Geez.

I have done nothing wrong and owe an apology to no one...

My first post, "wow, cool" meant "wow, it's cool that I was the first person to reply to this post during the exact same minute as the poster." If policemen were injured then that saddens me but I do not feel the need to express that sorrow here.... Unlike some (that in my opinion live at AT Forums) who replied here, I have a life outside of Anandtech forums with plenty of friends and family that really know what kind of person I am.

I do not take internet forums seriously. I do not care what you people think, I know that I will never meet any of you in REAL LIFE nor do I want to.

I am posting this reply because I am at work with nothing better to do.

Exactly. All the more reason not so seek a boost in his poll numbers by trying to turn this into a national "attack on democracy and all Americans" issue.

ok first you try edit your post because you know it was wrong to say. Then you try to change the meaning of what you said to something completely idiotic. Then as a final measure you attack all of us in a meager attempt to defend yourself.

You are a loser just like the rest of us, the difference being that you have no sense of remorse for the innocent person that lost his life. You dear sir or madam, are an asshat plain and simple.

Actually, the gunman, the guy that KILLED James Davis was running against him for his spot on the City Council.

I was outside of city hall while this happenend. It was chaos out with all the police sirens, and helicopters.

I saw the cops arresting a guy with long hair that looked as if he was high or something. I don't know how he was involved though, since the gunman died.

I'm glad the gunman died. god knows how many other people he would have killed if he wasn't supposed.

RIP Davis
