I'm in the middle of planning my trip to NYC and we're going to catch a broadway play, most likely Lion King. Straight from their website tickets are $100/tix ... is there any place I can get cheaper tickets? I know a few of you guys mentioned TKTS before, but with that it's hit or miss on getting some discount tickets ...

any other suggestions? TIA!
 
broadway.com. But sometimes they take awhile for the tix to get to you... But I have used them 2x and gotten good prices both times.
 
TKTS is on an island on like 47th and B'way. They sell day of perfs at less than half price.

Some seats are obstructed view so you gotta read carefully. You gotta stand on line too.
