There are ads posted all over the city with a picture of a cow squeak toy saying "The Cows Are Coming. May 12"

I have no idea what it means, but I'm anxious to find out!
 
yeah i saw this in the L train today and i wondered what that is. maybe it's like those cingular ad's from a couple of years back during superbowl.
 
Like someone on that page said, a few years back Chicago had a bunch of cow statues all around the city. They were painted in all sorts of crazy ways, and I believe you could adopt one to paint yourself and the money would go to charity.
 
hmm im going to visit NYC tomorrow, ill be getting there about the time "the cows are coming." this should be interesting.
 
I'm assuming this is different than when five or six years ago there were fifty big cows all over the city painted differently?

I think it's a Nestle marketing gimmick this time around.
 
Damn, if I had one of those cows, I would haul my ass down to bryant park right now.
