The Rescue Teams in the WTC area need blankets, T Shirts, bottled water, energy drinks, toothpaste, snacks, work gloves, toothbrushes, surgical masks, socks, dog food, deodorant, alcohol wipes and other personal items.
Radio Stations here (Long Island) have set up drop points for these supplies and are transporting them to NYC. I imagine other areas in NY, NJ and CT are doing the same. I'm sure almost everyone can spare some of this stuff.
If you can't give blood or cash (or even if you can) this a nice way to help out and say 'Thanks' to some of our bravest!
