After looking at this a few more times, I think they put a bullet proof breast, I mean vest, on her, and were trying to cover it up. Maybe this pissed off a few locals or family members. It is an argument in semantics, since children are going into puberty at way younger ages (some as young as 7-8) due to current nutrition, or lack thereof. I personally blame a combination of an overabundance of simple carbs and rBST found in today's milk and beef.
